From desi cow milk to pure A2 ghee – the authentic village way
Milk is collected from indigenous desi cows raised in a natural, stress-free village environment.
Milk is gently boiled and naturally set into curd without using any chemicals or artificial starters.
Curd is hand-churned using a wooden bilona to extract fresh butter (makhan).
Butter is slowly heated on low flame until pure golden A2 ghee separates naturally.
This is why Dehati Ghee tastes, smells and nourishes just like the ghee made in our grandparents’ homes.
